ATTENTION ALL GIRLS: We ALL know that the lower stomach is one of the very hardest places to burn fat and tone. These are some terrific exercises to do in the morning and at night to burn those hard to tone areas! Do this every morning when you wake up, and every night before you sleep. I suggest 20 reps of each but take it slow until you get use to it!

I’m sitting in my living room on my computer crying to no one because I don’t have any friends to call.
Why is it so hard for me to feel comfortable in my own skin?
Why can’t I look in the mirror and see something aside from how fucking fat I am? I want to scream out loud. I want to throw something. I want to break something. I just want to stop feeling this way. I feel like I keep screaming for help but no one will help me. My therapist is a joke and the pills don’t help and I still hate my body.
Fuck me.
